TGD Social (the "Platform") is owned and operated by The Grab Deal ("The Grab Deal"). TGD Social aggregates content from social media platforms, television broadcasts, news outlets, and other sources. As a facilitator and intermediary, The Grab Deal provides a platform for users to access news and other curated content gathered from various third-party sources.

1. Nature of Content

The content made available on TGD Social is published in good faith for lawful, non-commercial, and informational purposes only, including education, entertainment, commentary, news, current affairs, and information dissemination. Content may be sourced from data and curated content providers or posted by users.

The Grab Deal does not control, edit, or verify the accuracy, legality, or validity of the news, current affairs, and online-curated content published on the Platform. The Grab Deal expressly disclaims all warranties, and will not be liable for any legal violations arising from the content.

The views and opinions expressed in the content belong solely to the publishers or content providers and do not necessarily reflect the views of The Grab Deal.

2. Third-Party Content

Since the content on TGD Social is owned by third-party content providers, The Grab Deal is not responsible for any material published or made available through its Platform. While The Grab Deal is not obligated to monitor such content, it reserves the right to review, monitor, and remove any content that infringes or violates any applicable law or its Terms of Use.

3. User Responsibility and Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Grab Deal, its directors, officers, employees, and contractors from and against any third-party legal actions (including government actions) arising out of or related to their unlawful use of the services or any violation of these Terms and Conditions.

This indemnification includes any liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, fines, litigation costs, and legal fees.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the content published on TGD Social are vested with the respective content providers or publishers. They possess valid licenses to post, display, copy, and broadcast, communicate, and share such content publicly.

By publishing content on TGD Social, content providers grant The Grab Deal a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, transferable, irrevocable, royalty-free, and unrestricted license to use, copy, cache, publish, display, distribute, edit, store, and create derivative works of such content.

5. Content Takedown

If The Grab Deal reasonably believes that any content:

a.       Violates these Terms and Conditions or applicable laws.

b.       Harms users, third parties, or The Grab Deal.

c.       We reserve the right to remove all such content under applicable law.

 

6. Grievance Redressal Mechanism

If users have any grievances regarding the content published on the Platform, they may submit a complaint by contacting:

The complaint should include:

         i.            The username of the relevant account holder (if applicable);

       ii.            Specific content, video number, or URLS/links of concern;

     iii.            Detailed reasons for the takedown request.
